these numbers that now google is one of the biggest players in the search engine market worldwide that's worldwide right so this is one of the start right one of these stats and the second one is 50 of the searches happening have never been searched before on google now what does this actually mean is right now every day or every time the 15 of the searches are the latest one right the new ones which proves that yes google is a platform where people are continuously innovating their queries or there are new queries coming up on google each and every day right so it's not like that people are searching those old-fashioned things old intent keywords or old intent queries there are new things there are new queries which are coming up on google each and every day right and the numbers if we talk about the numbers it's like 15 percent of such is happening have been never searched before on google so it's a platform where people are basically trying new things they basically they are searching what they are thinking right so it's quite updated we can say that it's quite updated it's not like that always people search some outdated information on google whatever is trending whatever is new whatever is latest people are searching that on the google right so this is another very important fact about google google as whole right and we'll line up with google ask that why why these stats will be important in google apps learning also right then the third point which you can see over here is google receives over 63000 searches per second on a given day which makes it one of the highest visited website in the world so the traffic is there right and if we talk about the numbers somewhere around 5.6 billion searches happens per day so if you convert this somewhere this this data is 63 000 or 63 k per second on a given day and you will average it out to overall searches right if you will average it out to the overall searches per day it is going to be somewhere crazy right this figure is somewhere crazy which makes google platform one of the biggest platform in the world right one of the biggest web uh platform in the world right so it's like uh quite impressive right and now

Has a market value of around 800 billion dollars so if we talk about google as a company if we talk about its worth as a company right now we are not talking about google search or the other properties of google or other products apps or services what google is offering if we if we talk about google as a whole as a company right it is somewhere around 800 billion this is super huge right so you know now these stats are convincing you to go through google apps because google ads is one of the major products of google the google ecosystem the google advertising ecosystem the google search ecosystem the google user interaction ecosystem right there there is google search engine there is google play so this is all uh actually user based right it is all for the users right and it is all for the users by the users and people are creating website that is basically by the users right and when people are consuming those content on the website that is for the people so google as a mediator acts as a bridge between the people right on one side there is someone who is basically creating the content on the other side someone who is basically consuming that content so google is creating an ecosystem in the between which facilitates this process where a person makes a website or makes an application and uploads it to google platform somewhere right and which is very much accessible to the other users also right so this is how it actually works it is it is all about the google interface i'm not very much specific right now i'm not talking about google ads so i'm not very much specific about google apps right now we are discussing about google so look at look at this huge image of google look at this huge ecosystem of google now an average person conducts approximately three to four searches per day so if you if you think uh of yourself you'll be able to relate to this thing that okay i'm also making so many searches per day on google which which which basically convinces you that okay these facts are very much true and this is all true about google and this is all true about google apps also so these are the some of the facts which makes google as one of the biggest biggest search engine in the world and one of the biggest biggest it companies in the world which is again working on many other projects many other products and many other services for the users now if we come to google apps now we'll we will be retaining ourselves to google apps only we'll be talking specifically about google also because this playlist is all about google apps what is google as we we are not going to discuss about google we'll be discussing about google apps so google ad is a product of google through google ads we can create ads and we can show ads on two major platforms right two major categories we can say that one category is called as google's own properties right so you can create ad and it you can show that ad on google's own properties or the applications of the products which are actually owned by google so we name it as google's own properties and then there is partner properties also so i'll be talking about partner websites later but let's first discuss about google's own properties so google is a platform right google ads is a software you can say that it's a software it's an interface it's a platform where advertisers go right and they can create different types of ads over there will be exploring what kind of ads we can create and how they actually looks on internet we'll be we'll be discussing all these things in this particular blog only but yes on google ads we go we go and create a different kinds of ads

Google search is solely owned by google right so uh it's not like that any third party application comes into play with google search it it's not like the right it is solely owned by google it is independent product of google so it is their own property right so you can show your ad on google search right and the revenue that you will be giving to google ads will not be divided to uh any other party or will not be given to any other party by google right because now google search is completely or 100 it is owned by google so whatever revenue is generated through google search advertisements will go to google only right we'll go to google only right so for example if you are showing your ads on google people coming google search i'm basically talking about google search you are showing your ads on google search people coming over there searching right typing their keywords suddenly your ad pops up they click on that ad and then you have to pay something right so you are basically paying to google right because this time this time what happens is google search is google's property so google will not be giving any revenue to anyone right so that revenue will completely be going to google so you have two options either you can show ads on google's own property or you can show ads on google's partner properties.

So let me tell you one thing suppose uh you are the website owner right so uh two more terms comes into play when we talk about google apps we will be hearing a lot of these two words which is like advertiser and publisher so these are technical terms these are uh related to internet marketing so let me explain you what are these two words and what does it actually mean so when we say publisher publisher means that website owner so if you have a website or if you have a app right so you are the publisher because google will now show ads to your property so you are called as publisher now there is another entity which is basically advertisers people who have created their ads and they are going to show their ads right they wanted to show their ads on different properties no matter what kind of property those are those are google apps own properties or those are the partner websites which are basically tied up with google system right so those are the partner websites or owned properties it actually does not matter the two terms are like publisher is used for the website owner or the app owner and advertiser is used for the person or then or an entity which is basically going to advertise right they they have some ad and they want to show that that ad on any one of these properties so there are two terms so we'll be again and again discussing about these two terms so you have to you have to remember


  •  What does these two terms actually mean

Let me tell you what our partner properties and how they actually work so suppose if you are the website owner just as i told you if you are the website owner you are called as publisher now you have the website fine and what google says that okaty you will become my partner when when you will meet some certain conditions right so suppose if you're you are putting regular content on your website if your website is in the form of blog and you are putting rich content you are following our guidelines then you can apply for google adsense so once you apply for google art adsense and if your google adsense gets approved right now what will happen is your website will be able to show ads on the behalf of google so now here are three entities right one is publisher right publisher is there who is the website owner the other



one is advertiser right who is going to show their ad that is advertiser and the third one is google ads and there is google adsense also so for now we if we assume that okay you got the google adsense approval you your content was good your content was up to the mark your content was according to the guidelines of google so when you applied for google adsense that okay i have this much of content i have this this website and now i want google to show ad on my website i want google to show ad on my website and for that i will be getting some revenue google will pay us right so now how this ecosystem completely works or how this process actually actually works so once your google adsense got approved right you became the partner of google apps now the advertiser one when he goes to google ads the advertiser right when he goes to google ads and says to google ask that okay i want to show my art to a website which is related to news now if your website decide if the publisher's website is news website and it is google adsense approved now it has become the google property now google ads will look for the news websites in their index and they will figure out that okay there is a website


  • Which matches the advertiser's requirement right there is a website 


The matches advertiser's requirement and he want to show his ad on these kind of websites so now this website is eligible to receive advertisements so this advertiser's ad can be now placed on this particular website now this is decided by google arts algorithm and this is decided by google ads systems right so when the advertisers pays to google as suppose the advertiser is paying to google ads like rupees 100 for a single impression i'm just taking an example it's  not going to be 100 rupees for a single impression but to make calculations easy and make you understand things i am taking this very big example that okay if you if the advertiser right if the advertiser is paying rupees 100 to google ads to show one impression right so once the impression is shown on this publisher website which we which we decided that this website is basically a news website right so once an impression is made on this website and google ads received rupees 100 from the advertisers for a single impression now some part of this amount will be given to publisher now this is the benefit of publisher now this is why people are basically blogging now this is why people are applying for adsense and this is why people are looking for the traffic right so the more traffic that is coming on their website right there are higher chances that the ad displayed on their website will receive a click so if the chances of receiving clicks are higher there are chances of getting high revenue also so this is why people apply for google ads and this is why people work on creating content so all these things happen this way right so all these things are related to one another so now the revenue that google ad generated from the advertisers they have to share this revenue to their partner websites or the partner applications on the partner products or whatever kind of partner products they are having if any advertiser is getting the impression on these websites and they are generating revenue the google ads guys are generating revenue they have to share it with their partner website right but in this case when the properties are their own they do not have to share any revenue that is a hundred percent there now this is how google ads shows our ads there two different or the two very major properties or categories one is owned properties and another one is partner properties right so now if we talk about

that we can run through google ads so there are like five major types of ads that we can run through google as

The very popular nowadays is one of the very popular ad types or the campaign types or the ad support that google provides us is a video ad right so we'll be uh we'll be doing some practical stuff.

The starting  search ads so what are such ads and how they actually look right so we'll go to google and let me type something over here i am going to type like buy buy let's say sports shoes buy sports shoes online so i am putting a keyword over here or i am making a query buy sports shoes online so this is now called as search engine result page and it contains both kind of results which are organic and which are paid right so we do not have to focus on the organic results we have to focus on the paid results right so uh the easiest way to identify paid advertisements in google's ecosystem is either look for this small ad right either look for this small ad or try to try to find somewhere sponsored right if anywhere you are finding sponsored written find you you can easily identify that it's a paid listing right so right now we are seeing ads over here but these are not the search charts we'll be talking about them later now let's come down uh we we can we can see

some ads over here but right now according to my searches these ads are not popping up over here now the search ads basically appear at the top of the search engine result pages these appear over here and at the bottom of the search engine result page but right now according to my query i'm not able to find out any such ad over here also and over here also right so it happens it happens uh google decides according to your queries that whether they have to show any ad to you or not right whether they have to show any ad to you or not right so it is basically decided by the google's algorithm the google system so right now if i'm not seeing any ad or this is specific keyword there's nothing to worry about it happens right there is nothing to worry about it actually happens you might see an ad on this specific keyword and i might not right so this happens this happens now let me put another keyword like by wrist watches online and let's figure out that whether i am able to find any ad no i'm not able to find any ad for this specific keyword also now let me put another keyword like digital marketing courses in in delhi now let's see here they are right so guys the ads that you are seeing over here the top four ads which you are seeing over here are basically the google search ads and how to identify these the small ad which is popping over here says that yes this one is basically the paid advertisement and these are the search ads now we'll also come down and we will see that whether we are able to see any ads yes here it is so you'll be seeing different number of ads sometimes it's like three and sometimes it's like four so do not worry if you are seeing three ads or four ads at the top of this search engine result page and when we when i'm saying add i'm basically talking about the such ads and if you are seeing any one two three or whatever number of ads you are seeing at the bottom of this page do not worry that why there is only one ad why there is not three ads so these things are basically decided by the google and depends on various parameters factors that what you are searching from where you are searching what id you are logged in so there are so many facts right now the important thing is these are the such ads right you can make or practice using other queries also fine so uh now let's move to another one these are the search ads you will be learning in further videos that how you can create these kind of search ads

There is display ad so display ad basically appears on others website right so the banner ad right so the advertiser goes to google they have their banner designed they said they're targeting they said they define their audience is basically that where they want to show their ad on what websites they want to show their ad on what kind of website what category what niche of website they want to show their ads right and this google system or the google arts platforms automatically shows their ads to different different websites so we'll be going to different websites right so i'll i'm picking some websites over here like times of india i'm i'm putting times of india over here and let's go to times of india to figure out that whether there is any ad and we'll be going to india times also and now we will be going to another one like nifty trader dot in so we are going to different different websites just to make sure that are we able to find any display ad over there so if we come to times of india okay this specific website is not loading up now it is loaded so let me see is there any ad here it is right at the bottom side okay here it is you can see one add is over here and now this ad is by google how how will you identify that this ad is by google you just have to over to this small is



notification kind of thing which is over here and as soon as you will hover your mouse to this small i adds by google will pop up right ads by google will pop up so now these are also the ads but these ads are not by the google the the right side and the left side you can see the banner ads are present over here these are also the ads but these are not the google ads right so how to identify that whether this banner ad is from the google ad or not you just have to find this small i somewhere and then you have to make sure that arts by google is mentioned over there as soon as you find out this ads by google you can easily understand that yes this is by the google right so let's see any other ad over here and you can go into different posts so i'm going to this post just randomly i'm going to this specific post and i will be searching that whether i can find any ad over here now you can see these ads are present over here these ads are advertisements are present over here but these are not google ads right so we are going to talk about the google ads so let's see is there any google ad we can see no i don't think so here are any google apps okay let's close this website we got one example from there and now we'll be coming to indiatimes.com and let's see any advertisement here on the home page or the landing page now we can see advertisements over here but this is again not the google advertisement why because we are not finding any small i button over here so now we will be going to some post let me select some post how india did the liberation of bangladesh let's open this okay this is the video we want post okay we'll be clicking on this post and once this post is open now we will search whether i can or we can find any ad over here no no ads over here right so whenever you go on any website just figure out that whether the ad that you are seeing on that specific website is uh from google ads system or not if we come to another website here is another website and if we go to latest news section which is over here it is again a kind of a post we'll be seeing some news post over here and most probably i will be able to find some ads over here some google ads over here so let us open this first and let's see now this is this is the banner let's see any ad oh here it is right so we can see that a small i button is over here and as soon as we hover out click on this one ads by google pops up so ah this is again the ad by google now hence proved right and let's close this thing and let's see another ad here it is another advertisement is here which is from sbi live so as soon as we click on this it is like ads by google and you can also figure out that why you are seeing this ad right so if we click on this why this ad why this display ad that appeared on the website that i am browsing right so you can say this ad is based on the time of your day and your general location so if there is any advertiser who is targeting our location there are high chances that this ad there is high chance that why this ad is shown to me now there is information in your google account like i age group or something so the advertiser is using demographic so you will be seeing different points over here and different we can say that reasons uh which defines that why i am seeing this ad on any website right why why this kind of ad i'm saying you can stop seeing this ad also if you are annoyed google has google has given you this flexibility that yes you can disable if your experience is if you are not enjoying uh browsing and if these are annoying you and these ads are creating problem for you you can definitely stop seeing this ad if it is not relevant to you you can again stop seeing this ad and if it is not relevant to the community to the society and it should not be there right if you believe that it should not be there then you can definitely report this ad also you have this option also so let me close this thing now we have seen enough of display ad

Now the third one is shopping ad right so for the shopping ad what we have to do is we again have to come back to this google search and we have to put some by sport tools so these are basically your shopping ads sometimes they appear at the top of the search engine result pages over here

sometimes they appear at the right side of the search engine result pages so do not worry about the positions where these ads are actually appearing right so these are basically the shopping ads


  • Universal app install ads


Now if we come to universal app install ads so we have to go to google play the desktop version of google play so let me enter google play store over here and i don't think so we'll be able to figure out any advertisements over here so you have to go to your mobile application right your mobile application of google play and there you will be able to see as soon as you will start scrolling you will be able to see different kind of ads in between your different apps right so right now we are not seeing any ad ad over here on this desktop version so let me click on see more and see if i can see any ad i don't think so we are not able to see any ad so it is not basically visible on this desktop version but yes we can go to google and we can find out some images uh that will make you understand that how these app ad looks like right google app install ads and once we click on this and we will be going to images now we can see over here right so someone typing any keyword in their google play store like this the travel reservations that he will be seeing different results and along with that results he will be seeing some ads also right so a user coming to google play console typing google reservations what kind of results he or she is experiencing over here you can easily figure out and then there is again one app at the at the top most section of this uh result page where you can identify the small ad the small yellow add level is present which make sure that yes this is an advertisement similarly you can

numbers when it comes to research bing is way way far away from what google is today right but earlier uh it bing and yahoo these were ruling right but afterwards but afterwards google accelerated and accelerated crazy right now dugda go is another search engine which is getting popularity these days uh by saying that okay we do not uh keep your history or we do not track you now they claim that
